Shunki Itadera received his B.E. degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and M.E. degree in Micro-Nano System Engineering from Nagoya University, Japan, in 2015 and 2017, respectively. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in the Department of Micro-Nano Mechanical Science and Engineering at Nagoya University, and working at ICS from April, 2018 to March, 2019 under the Overseas Challenge Program for Young Researchers offered by Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.
